Syd is the Managing Director at CP2, having joined in September 2010. Syd is a proven growth-oriented CEO with extensive change agent experience in Australia and Asia, and is known for his thought leadership within the investment industry. Syd was CEO of Victorian Funds Management Corporation for five years, which managed A$30 billion on behalf of the State of Victoria. Previously he was the Managing Director Asia-Pacific, Baring Asset Management for seven years, and a Principal at Towers Perrin consultants for 17 years working in Melbourne, Hong Kong and New York. He is currently the Deputy Chairman of the Australian Centre for Financial Studies which fosters links between industry and academia. Until recently Syd was also a Director of the Canadian based International Centre for Pension Management.

Tim is the Head of Direct Investments at CP2. He is responsible for the origination and execution of unlisted investments for CP2’s funds. He has also been extensively involved in the firm’s largest listed holdings. Tim has over a decade of investment banking and corporate finance experience in both Europe and Australia. Prior to joining CP2, Tim worked in the mergers and acquisitions group at Deutsche Bank AG London and, prior to that, in the corporate advisory division of Macquarie Bank based in Melbourne. Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Laws.

Nancy has extensive management and operational expertise gained with Sydney Airport where she worked for more than seven years. Nancy held senior management positions including Manager of Strategy and Finance, Trading Policy Manager and Transport Business Manager. She was directly involved in the trade sale of Sydney Airport in 2002 and the $500 million Sydney Airport redevelopment program. Nancy was previously the Director and Head of Retail Services for CB Richard Ellis in Shanghai, a key property sector organisation and held responsibility across Greater China.

Chris is Head of Investment Process and Chairman of the CP2 Investment Committee. He is responsible for the maintenance of the CP2 investment analysis process. He joined CP2 in 2002 and has previously held the role of Head of Toll Roads as well working as an analyst in other sectors such as construction, insurance, financial services and retail. During his time at CP2 he has developed specialist knowledge of the toll road sector. He has co-developed some of CP2's most innovative products and structures. He holds both a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science.

Tim is the CFO and Company Secretary of CP2 and has overall responsibility for the finance and corporate operations functions, including the development, design, operation, and improvement of systems and resources that deliver CP2’s products and services. Tim has 17 years experience in the funds and wealth management industry with extensive senior management and leadership experience in finance and strategy across the financial services value chain in Australia, the UK and Asia. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney, an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and is a CPA.

Richard is the Head of Operations and joined CP2 in 2009. Richard is responsible for investment operations and administration. Richard has over 20 years experience in the funds management industry in both retail and wholesale sectors and has been responsible for small teams of fund professionals and large complex operations teams in organizations such as JP Morgan, Commonwealth Bank and ASGARD. Richard is a CPA and has a Masters in Economics and a Masters in Commercial Law.
