Peter is CP2's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. He is one of the world's innovators in global investment markets. Peter's extensive knowledge of capital markets and industry thought leadership are acknowledged by CP2's astute, blue chip client base. In 1997 he co-founded Capital Partners, now CP2, which has gone from a highly successful investment research house to a leading force in infrastructure investment internationally. He has successfully held senior executive roles in investment analysis, corporate advisory, structured and project finance. Peter has also been a faculty member for one of Australia's Premier Master of Finance Programs.

Paul Farrugia

Paul joined CP2 in 2005 to establish the Finance & Operations team. He has over 15 years experience managing business development, specialising in team building, systems implementations and process improvement. Paul's past roles include senior finance and strategy positions in large listed Australian and UK companies including AMP and Tab Limited. He has also been a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Greg Hosking

Greg co-founded CP2 in 1997 and was involved in the development of the analytical framework that underpins the firm's approach to investment analysis. He is currently heading the investment analysis division and oversees the group's direct investments. Greg has also worked at Macquarie Bank and brings extensive investment banking and transactional experience to the team.

Steve joined CP2 as the Head of Organisational Effectiveness and Capability in 2007. He has held Australian, Regional and Global roles in Talent Management, Leadership Development and Change Management. Steve's career to date has been focused on Financial Services in Australia, the Middle East and Europe.

Ken joined CP2 in 2007 to Head the Origination Team and lead the Australian office. He has over 15 years of institutional investment and marketing experience. Ken's past roles have included leading the institutional team at Deutsche Asset Management and an executive role with Lend Lease/MLC, Australia's largest multi manager.
