

Sally is a co-founder of CP2. As Chair of the Board of Directors, Sally actively promotes all stakeholders' interests and is developing the role and capabilities of the Board to ensure appropriate governance and to support and contribute to CP2's business and growth. She has over 20 years experience in investment execution and operating investment portfolios. Her deep market knowledge, commercial transaction experience and behavioural knowledge supports CP2's focus on value creation.
Peter is CP2's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. He is one of the world's innovators in global investment markets. Peter's extensive knowledge of capital markets and industry thought leadership are acknowledged by CP2's astute, blue chip client base. In 1997 he co-founded Capital Partners, now CP2, which has gone from a highly successful investment research house to a leading force in infrastructure investment internationally. He has successfully held senior executive roles in investment analysis, corporate advisory, structured and project finance. Peter has also been a faculty member for one of Australia's Premier Master of Finance Programs.

Bob co-founded CP2 in 1997. Bob was previously Professor of Finance at Melbourne Business School and has been CP2's valuation expert since 1997. His expertise and research includes corporate finance, valuation, investment appraisal, foreign exchange management, capital markets, industrial organisation and acquisitions. Bob has been integral to Australia's long term savings philosophy.

Geoffrey is an experienced senior executive with Director and General Management experience covering the infrastructure, financial services and natural resources sectors.
His roles have included Deputy Managing Director and Finance Director of the Transurban Group, Manager of Santos and Chief Operating Officer of Potter Warburg.

David's distinguished career as a consulting professional engineer has included major infrastructure and building projects in Australia and internationally. His clients have included a number of prominent Australian construction companies, for projects delivered under 'design and construct' contracts.
David is a past Chairman of the Association of Consulting Engineers Aust. (Victorian Division) and past Member of the National Board. He has lectured at Monash University and Victoria University of Technology and authored a number of project specific papers.
